Ian Batten

Designer Ian Batten worked at the Royal Opera House as a dresser during his days at Hornsey Art College in sixties London and at the age of 17‚ after being told he was too old to take up professional dance as a career option‚ he channelled his second creative outlet, fashion design.

Going on to work alongside some of British fashions most celebrated names as a designer of both mens and womenswear, the Ian Batten label was established in 1992, his clothes relaxed and ageless in style.
